ONE WEIRD THING
Ok, here's a weird thing I learned in Haiti. This is a picture of a cemetery.A family buys a crypt with a few open "spots" in it. But let's say they haven't had to use it in a while.
So, they rent out the space. For a year. For real.
I asked what happens if someone is late on rate. Frantz said they kick them out. They literally pull the casket out and rent it to someone else who can pay. Sorry, Grandma.
